Molecular Precision Medicine and Medical Bioinformatics

This course aims to provide the students understand the principles, procedures, and interpretation of both basic and advance laboratories as well as design the testing techniques for diagnosis, prognosis, follow-up and prevention in several diseases. The laboratories focus on the tests in DNA, RNA, and protein levels by using various molecular biology and several bioinformatics programs such as PCR, DNA sequencing, genome-wide association study (GWAS) with data analysis, genotyping and microarray techniques.
