course provides the sources, type and composition of municipal solid
waste, waste generation rate and prediction of solid waste quantity,
solid waste management hierarchy including storage, collection and
transfer and transportation, processing, and final disposal, household
hazardous waste management and infectious waste, policy and laws related
to municipal solid waste, excreta treatment and disposal.
