การเรียนการสอนในรายวิชามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้วิธีการค้นคว้า วิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิทยาศาสตร์อาหารในหัวข้อที่สนใจ โดยเขียนในรูปแบบรายงานและนำเสนอรายงาน
This course is intended to provide the student to learn about information by literature searches on interesting topics in food science, writing report and oral presentations.
