This course aims to explore institutions of public law, the meaning, elements and forms of the state, personality and institutions of the State, and the meaning and need of the Rule of Law, The course also focuses on the development and evolution of public law, the scope and peculiar nature of public law, and sources of public law and juristic methods in public law.
