     วิชานี้มุ่งเน้นให้นักศึกษาทบทวนประเด็นทางการโรงแรม การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์การโรงแรมและสปา กรณีศึกษา และประเด็นปัญหาเกี่ยวกับแนวคิด กลยุทธ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการโรงแรม นักท่องเที่ยวและการดำเนินการธุรกิจท่องเที่ยวเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไข การเขียนโครงการสัมมนาทางการท่องเที่ยว การจัดสัมมนา และการประเมินโครงการสัมมนา รวมทั้งการให้นักศีกษาได้พัฒนาทักษะในการนำเสนองานวิจัยในการสัมมนาทางการโรงแรม

      This course aims for students to review the issues in hotel ; analysis of hotel and spa situations, case studies and issues related to the concepts, strategic management in hotel, tourist destinations; tourists, and tourism business solutions; project proposal preparation, seminar arrangement, and evaluation of seminar projects; and development of hotel research and seminar presentation skills.
