รายวิชานี้มุ่งเน้นหลักการพื้นฐานทางพิษวิทยา กระบวนการจัดการสารพิษ กลไกการเกิดพิษ ความเป็นพิษต่อระบบอวัยวะ การกลายพันธุ์และการเกิดมะเร็งจากสารเคมี การเกิดลูกวิรูป ความเป็นพิษของสารมลพิษในสิ่งแวดล้อม นิเวศพิษวิทยา การประเมินการรับสัมผัสและความเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพ

This course aims at basic principles of toxicology; disposition of toxicants; mechanisms of toxicity, target organ toxicity, mutation and chemical carcinogenesis; teratogenesis, toxicity of environmental pollutants; ecotoxicology; exposure and health risk assessment.
