รายวิชานี้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับแนวคิด และหลักการเกี่ยวกับหน้าที่ต่างๆ ในการจัดการดำเนินงาน  กลยุทธ์การดำเนินงาน การออกแบบสินค้าและกระบวนการ การจัดการคุณภาพ การจัดการโซ่อุปทาน  การวางแผนกำลังการผลิต  การจัดการเทคโนโลยี การจัดการวัตถุดิบ การจัดตารางการผลิต รวมถึงผลกระทบจากสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกต่อการดำเนินงาน

Course Description

This course is prepared to introduce the student to concepts and principles of various operations functions of firms, operation strategy, product and process design, quality management, supply chain management, capacity planning, technology management, supplier management, production scheduling and impacts of external environment on operations.
