          รายวิชานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ทำเข้าเยี่ยมชมและศึกษาโรงงานหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารทั้งจากภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิต การควบคุมและประกันคุณภาพอาหาร พร้อมจัดทำเป็นรายงาน

          This course is intended to provide the student to visit food factories or any enterprises involving food industry, both private and government sector, to study production process and quality assurance concerned and submission of complete report.
