This course aims to study the Importance of
nutrition to health and quality of life, classification of types of nutrients,
sources, benefits, utilization of nutrients in the body, Preparation and
cooking that affect the nutritional value of food, Healthy eating practices,
Nutrition fact, roles of nutrients in diseases prevention, health problems
related to nutritional status.
