Course info

This course is intended to provide the student to understand in physical and chemical structure of nucleic acids, DNA replication, basic theory in molecular genetics and genetic engineering, genome mapping and molecular markers, DNA isolation, in vitro DNA amplification, application of molecular techniques to detect or identify microorganisms in foods and experiment related to the course.
