Principles and basic in animal cell culture, cell biology, design and layout of the laboratory and application of animal cell line, synthesis of useful compounds from animal cells, cytotoxicity test, genetic engineering of animal cell, hybridoma techniques, scale-up of animal cell culture and experiments relate to animal cell culture.
