LAW-103 กฎหมายนิติกรรมและสัญญา (Law of Juristic Acts and Contracts)

เพื่อให้นักศึกษาเข้าใจถึง หลักกฎหมายว่าด้วยนิติกรรมและสัญญา ผลของความเป็นโมฆียะกรรม โมฆะกรรม หลักการสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญาตามที่ปรากฏในกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ เช่น พระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยข้อสัญญาไม่เป็นธรรม   รวมตลอดถึงปัญหาเกี่ยวข้องกับหลักกฎหมายสัญญาในปัจจุบัน

This course provides a study of principles and provisions of the law of juristic acts and contracts, which include those concerning capacity of persons, general characteristics of juristic acts and contracts, voidable acts and void acts under the Civil and Commercial Code and such key principles relating to contracts as found in other relevant legislation. The course also holds practical discussions of current issues surrounding legal principles pertinent to contracts.
