The course provides a comprehensive guide of research principles, research design and the processes of carrying research related to management issues. The research process includes research design, data collection, validity, and reliability of data. This course also emphasizes on design of questionnaire and the quantitative and qualitative analysis of data. Research report preparation is explained as a part of writing thesis and a manuscript for published in journals. However, ethical issues will be focused for research.

MNM63-601 Research Methods in Management 1/2021

The course provides a comprehensive guide to the research principles the design and conduct of research in disciplines related to management. The course offers an overview of the research process and explains the main types of design used in management research. It also describes methods of data collection as well as the issues of reliability and validity. This course emphasizes on construction of multi-item scales and the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis. It also contains a practical guideline in explaining how to report research findings, thesis writing and published research article writing and a discussion of ethical issues in the conduct and practice of research.
