This course covers the crucial concepts of modern management paradigm
both service dominant logic of marketing, goods dominant logic of marketing, and
fundamental premises of service dominant logic of marketing. This course urges students to
discuss the concepts of value, resources, and value co-creation process in corporate and
individual dimensions. Furthermore, this course also focuses on applying the knowledge to
management process, including the monitor and evaluation process.
