ปฏิบัติการจุลชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน (Fundamentals of Microbiology Laboratory)

นักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้และฝึกเทคนิคปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวข้องกับพื้นฐานทางด้านจุลชีววิทยา  รวมทั้งการอ่านผลการทดลอง การแปลผลการทดลอง และการเขียนรายงานปฏิบัติการ เพื่อเพิ่มพูนและพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเสริมความรู้ที่ได้จากการเรียนในภาคบรรยาย นอกจากนี้นักศึกษาจะได้นำความรู้พื้นฐานจากการทำปฏิบัติการไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการศึกษาจุลินทรีย์ในระดับสูงต่อไป

This course is designed to provide the student with the fundamentals of microbiological laboratory. Consideration will be given to the basic techniques related to the study of microorganisms including aseptic techniques, culture media preparation, microscopy application, cell count and measurement, microbial isolation techniques and factors affecting microbial growth. The laboratory will also emphasize on the study of bacteria, fungi, virus, and serological reactions.
