This course aims to study and analyze concepts and theories of linguistics: phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics for English language teaching; principles of language acquisition; phenomena and characteristics of language; practicing the analysis of basic English structure; the application of English linguistics with effectiveness for academic and pedagogical purposes.
