This course studies the importance of human resource and the relation between human resource management and organizational strategies. The focus of this course is understanding and practicing of human resource management processes in the digital era including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, and compensation management as well as ethics in human resource management. Students will also learn digital applications for human resource management.
