This course focuses on the history of the Thai bureaucratic system, personnel management of the Thai bureaucracy, civil servant development system, strategy and agencies responsible for civil servant development, scope of recent Thai bureaucratic reformation, new visions and strategies for the development of the Thai bureaucracy, civil servant law, problems of development and reform, policies and systems for provincial administration and group integratation as well as other outstanding features of the Thai government system.
