Principle of dental clinical skill development, principle of proprioceptive derivation, muscle movement, hand skill, mouth mirror handling, dental instruments, principle of operating posture, instrument set up, preparation of operating environment for efficient and effective body movement and health and safety of assistants and patients. Practice in appropriate operating posture, instrument set up, instrument handling for tooth preparation, scaling, impression taking, cooperated practice between dentist and assistant.
