This course prepares students for effective working with others in the organization. Students will study the process of managing an organization. It consists of planning, decision-making, organizing, leadership, controlling, motivation, communication, and teamwork. Students will also learn the behavior of individuals and groups, power and politics in the organization, organization culture, organizational change, and development.
