This course focuses on basic knowledge in management, including concepts and theories; meanings; benefits; types; processes and procedures; planning; organizational practice; management, historical, contemporary, and future; the meaning, roles, duties, skills and competencies of "managers;" differences between "managers" and "leaders;" and resource considerations in management, planning, and organization.
