PCS60-256 Alimentary System and Nutrition 2/2023

This course studies growth and development, gross and microscopic structure, physiology of alimentary system and related organs, and intends to apply these knowledge to explain pathophysiology of important disorders, energy balance expenditure regulation and disorder, and requirements and assessment of nutritional status across the life span, including nutritional assessment of dietary, laboratory, anthropometry, clinical methods, and food toxicology.
