This course aims to know and understand basic program of chemistry; principles of drug synthesis; and the relationship between drug structure and physicochemical properties that related to activity, biopharmaceutic, stability, for applying in drug discovery; drug design and development of antibiotic drugs; antihistamine drugs; chemotherapeutic drugs; hormonal drugs; analgesic drugs and anti-inflammatory drugs.
