การตอบข้อสอบในทางกฎหมาย และการค้นคว้าและเข้าถึงแหล่งข้อมูลทางกฎหมาย
ทั้งนี้
เนื้อหาทางกฎหมายที่นำมาฝึกทักษะข้างต้นอยู่ในขอบเขตวิชาหลักพื้นฐานทางนิติศาสตร์
(วัดผลเป็น S (ใช้ได้) หรือ U (ใช้ไม่ได้) โดยนับหน่วยกิต
แต่ไม่คำนวณค่าระดับเฉลี่ย)
This course aims at developing
students’ skills and understanding towards legal writing and research
methodologies including, but not limited to, legal academic writing,
legal opinion preparation, means to articulate answers to legal
examination questions, and skills in searching and accessing legal
sources. The contents of law which serve as materials for students to
practice the aforementioned skills are mainly derived from the course
Introduction to Law and Legal Systems. (The assessment criteria are ‘S’
for Satisfactory or ‘U’ for Unsatisfactory).
