รายวิชานี้ช่วยให้นักศึกษาเข้าใจบทบาท หน้าที่ และแนวคิดของการบัญชีต้นทุนต่อการบริหาร การสะสมต้นทุน การ ปันส่วนต้นทุน การคำนวณและการบันทึกบัญชีต้นทุนสินค้าและบริการในระบบต้นทุนต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนการจำแนก ประเภทต้นทุน และการนำข้อมูลต้นทุนไปใช้ในการวางแผน การควบคุม และการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน 

This course helps students to understand the roles, functions and concepts of cost accounting in management, cost accumulation, cost allocation, computing and recording cost of product and service using a variety of cost system. The course also covers classifications of costs and how to apply cost information for planning, control and performance measurement.
