วิชานี้ฝึกทักษะและสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระเบียบวิธีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเขียนและการค้นคว้าในทางกฎหมาย ซึ่งหมายรวมถึงการเขียนงานวิชาการทางกฎหมาย การเขียนความเห็นในทางกฎหมาย การตอบข้อสอบในทางกฎหมาย และการค้นคว้าและเข้าถึงแหล่งข้อมูลทางกฎหมาย ทั้งนี้ เนื้อหาทางกฎหมายที่นำมาฝึกทักษะข้างต้นอยู่ในขอบเขตวิชากฎหมายลักษณะนิติกรรมและสัญญา

This course aims at developing students’ skills and understanding towards legal writing and research methodologies including, but not limited to, legal academic writing, legal opinion preparation, means to articulate answers to legal examination questions, and skills in searching and accessing legal sources. The contents of law which serve as materials for students to practice the aforementioned skills are mainly derived from the course Law of Juristic Acts and Contracts.
