คำอธิบายรายวิชาภาษาไทย(Course Description Thai)

วิชานี้มุ่งศึกษาแนวความคิดทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม และวิธีการควบคุมมลภาวะในตัวกลางต่าง ๆ เช่น ดิน น้ำ อากาศ และศึกษากฎหมายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนหลักสหวิทยาการในการคุ้มครองทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม นอกจากนี้ ยังศึกษานโยบายของรัฐ องค์กร มาตรการทางกฎหมาย และมาตรการอื่นในการวางแผน การจัดการ การใช้ และการคุ้มครองทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม

คำอธิบายรายวิชาอังกฤษ(Course Description English )

This course is intended to canvass legal concepts in relation to the conservation of natural resources and the environment and methods for controlling pollution in such substances as land, water or air. Related legislation as well as interdisciplinary principles relevant to the protection of natural resources and the environment will also be dealt with. Also, the course will explore the State’s policies, agencies and legal as well as extra-legal measures in relation to the planning, management, exploitation and protection of natural resources and the environment.
