วิชานี้ศึกษาบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมายว่าด้วยนิติกรรมและสัญญา รวมถึงหลักและบทบัญญัติเกี่ยวกับความสามารถของบุคคล ลักษณะทั่วไปของนิติกรรมและสัญญา ความเป็นโมฆียกรรมและโมฆกรรมตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ รวมถึงหลักการสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญาตาที่ปรากฏในกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการอภิปรายเกี่ยวกับหลักกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญาในปัจจุบันอีกด้วย

This course provides a study of principles and provisions of law of juristic acts and contracts, which includes those concerning capacity of persons, general characteristics of juristic acts and contracts, voidable acts under the Civil and Commercial Code and such key principles relating to contracts as found in other relevant legislations. The course also holds practical discussions of current issues surrounding legal principles pertinent to contracts.
