วิชานี้ศึกษาหลักและบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมายว่าด้วยตัวแทนและจ้างทำของ ตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ ตลอดจนหลักและบทบัญญัติในกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น นายหน้า ฝากทรัพย์ และรับขน 

This course canvasses principles and provisions of law relating to agency and a hire of work under the Civil and Commercial Code as well as principles and provisions in other relevant laws such as those relating to brokerage, a loan, a deposit and carriage.
