วิชานี้ศึกษาครอบคลุมถึงหลักและบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมายว่าด้วยครอบครัวตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ รวมตลอดถึงอภิปรายประเด็นปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักกฎหมายครอบครัวในปัจจุบัน

          This course embraces a study of principles and provisions of family law under the Civil and Commercial Code as well as discussions of current issues relating to principles of family law.
