วิชานี้ศึกษาหลักและบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมายว่าด้วยซื้อขายและเช่าทรัพย์ตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ ตลอดจนหลักกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น แลกเปลี่ยน ให้ เช่าซื้อ รวมทั้งหลักและกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคุ้มครองสิทธิผู้บริโภคตามที่ปรากฏในกฎหมายอื่น

This course is intended to explore principles and provisions of law relating to a sale and a hire of property under the Civil and Commercial Code as well as other related legal principles such as those relating to an exchange, a gift and a hire-purchase. Principles and regulations relating to the protection of rights of consumers established in other legislation will also be dealt with.
