  1.     วิชานี้ศึกษาหลักและบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมายว่าด้วยทรัพย์สินที่ปรากฏในประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ และอภิปรายประเด็นปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักกฎหมายลักษณะทรัพย์สินในปัจจุบัน          

  2.      This course deals with principles and provisions of law relating to property as embodied in the Civil and Commercial Code and, in addition, provides a forum for discussing current issues encircling legal principles in the law of property.
