วิชานี้ศึกษาครอบคลุมถึงหลักและบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมายว่าด้วยมรดก ตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ รวมตลอดถึงอภิปรายปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักกฎหมายมรดกในปัจจุบันThis course embraces a study of principles and provisions of law relating to succession under the Civil and Commercial Code as well as discussions of current issues relating to principles in the law of succession.
