Course Description

รายวิชานี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อให้นักศึกษานำความรู้ไปใช้ในการคิด วิเคราะห์ วินิจฉัยปัญหาหรือข้อเท็จจริงที่เกิดขึ้นและนำไปความรู้ที่ได้สู่การปฏิบัติเพื่อการอยู่ร่วมกับสมาชิกในสังคม และให้นักศึกษามีความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและผู้อื่น สำนึกในหน้าที่ของตนเองและผู้อื่น รวมทั้งเคารพในสิทธิและศักดิ์ศรีของความเป็นมนุษย์ มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมตามเจตคติของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพ โดยศึกษาหลักและบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมายอาญาในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับความผิดอาญาตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา ภาค 2 อาทิ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับชีวิตและร่างกาย ความผิดเกี่ยวกับเพศ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการปกครอง ความผิดเกี่ยวกับความสงบสุขของประชาชน เป็นต้น และภาค 3 ได้แก่ ความผิดลหุโทษ
