รายวิชานี้มุ่งเน้นให้ทราบและเข้าใจหลักการสังเคราะห์ทางเคมีและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโครงสร้างกับคุณสมบัติทางเคมีฟิสิกส์ โดยสามารถเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ไปสู่การอธิบายการออกฤทธิ์ ชีวเภสัชศาสตร์ ความคงสภาพ ซึ่งสามารถประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อการค้นพบ การออกแบบและพัฒนาของยาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารสื่อประสาท ยาในระบบหัวใจและหลอดเลือด และยาในระบบประสาทส่วนกลาง

This course aims to know and understand principles of chemical synthesis; the relationship between drug structure and physicochemical properties that related to activity, biopharmaceutic, stability for applying in drug discovery; drug design and development of neurotransmitter drugs; cardiovascular drugs and central nervous system drugs.
