รายวิชานี้มุ่งเน้นให้รู้และเข้าใจ กฎหมาย ระเบียบ ในการประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม เช่น พระราชบัญญัติยา พระราชบัญญัติยาเสพติดให้โทษ พระราชบัญญัติวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ต่อจิตและประสาท พระราชบัญญัติอาหาร พระราชบัญญัติโรคติดต่อ พระราชบัญญัติควบคุมการส่งเสริมการตลาดอาหารสำหรับทารกและเด็กเล็กและกฎหมายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงาน จรรยาบรรณและจริยธรรมในการประกอบวิชาชีพ ประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดหลักการและวิธีการดำเนินงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค สิทธิผู้ป่วยและผู้บริโภค ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถานการณ์การทำผิดกฎหมายและจริยธรรมวิชาชีพเพื่อการตัดสินใจได้

This course aims to know and understand laws and regulations of pharmacy; including Drug Act, Narcotics Act, Psychotropic Drug Act, Food Act, Communicable Diseases Act, the control of marketing of infant and young child food Act and others; ethical standards and moral in pharmacy profession; concepts; apply the principles and procedures in consumer protection; the rights of patients and customer; and analyze the illegal and immoral situations for evaluation.
