Course info

This course is intended to provide students the overview of experiments in laboratory to supplement topics in general biology course.

The main focus of the activities in the manual is the attainment of practical skills in basic biology laboratory techniques. These include microscopy, cell structure and organelles, enzyme activity, photosynthesis, cell cycle, animal reproduction & development, plant transportation, plant growth substances, plant responses and ecology.
